Flat-rate shipping

Standard shipping is $7.99 USD per order. The fee stays the same whether your order includes one frame or several. It is shown separately in the bag and checkout summary before you place the order.

Order preparation

Most in-stock orders are checked and prepared within one to three business days. When the parcel leaves, we send a dispatch update to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier route, so please enter a complete address, including apartment or suite details where relevant.

When it arrives

Take a moment to inspect your frame and the outer packaging on arrival. Natural acetate can show slight variations in depth and pattern; that is part of the material. If your parcel looks damaged, keep the packaging and make a clear photograph before contacting us with the order email and a short description.

Returns

If the frame is not the right fit, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return items should be unused, in their original condition and protected in the original packaging. Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Prescription lenses fitted after delivery are an optician service and are not part of the frame return process. Reach out before arranging a return if you are unsure how this applies to your order.
